WHAT ARE THE TYPES OF NETWORK CABLE?

THE DIFFERNT TYPES OF NETWORK CABLE
Before getting into the different types of cable,we need to know or understand what is network cable . Also need to be aware of what cable you'll use,so let's get into it.
Are used to connect and transfer data and information between computers, routers, switches and storage area networks.I'ts a medium that connects into computer in a network. These cables are essentially the carrier or media through which data flows. And it has a 3 different cables,if you are interested to know the 3 type of cable here it is,
This is the coaxial cable the first one among the three. It is a type of cable that has an inner conductor, surrounded by the insulting layer, that seperates the solid copper and the outer conductor. It's used by cable operators, telephone companies, and internet providers around.
The fiber optic cable is have a reflective coating that are used to carry light and travel without outer interference. The elements are typically individually coated with plastic layers and contained in a protective tube suitable for the environment where the cable will be deployed.
Twisted pair cable- is a type of wiring in which two conductors of a single circuit are twisted together for the purposes of improving electromagnetic compatibility. It has 8 indivindual wires bundled together and covered with insulting material. The wire is color coded and they are twisted in pairs. It has a two types of twisted pair cable these are the STP(Shielded Twisted Pair), UTP-(Unshielded Twisted Pair)
Shielded Twisted Pair is able was originally designed by IBM for token ring networks that include two individual wires covered with a foil shielding, which prevents electromagnetic interference, thereby transporting data faster. The used it to reduce crosstalk and other forms of electromagnetic interference (EMI).Shielded twisted pair (STP) cablE is more expensive than unshielded twisted-pair (UTP).
Unshielded Twisted Pair one of the least expensive wires and works for basic needs of phone systems so it is one of the most commonly installed in residential industries. It's the most common form of twisted pair. The difference between UTP and STP is, UTP is a cable with wires that are twisted together to reduce noise and crosstalk.but the STP is a twisted pair cable confined in foil or mesh shield that guards the cable against electromagnetic interference.

WHAT ARE THE STEPS IN CRIMPING RJ-45 CONNECTOR?

THERE ARE 8 STEP OF HOW TO CRIMPING THE RJ-45, but first we need to know what is the RJ-45? RJ-45 is a network port on a computer, and it's wired directly into the network adapter inside of the computer, and so is the cable interface to that device.
These are the materials of how to crimping the rj-45 connector. The UTP CAT 5E cable , rj-45 connector, the scissors or the crimping tool, and the flathead screwdriver.
STEP 1:Get the scissors or crimping tool and the cable, and remove about 1 inch of the outer sheath without damage the inner wires, and gently cut the cable not so deep make a cut around the cable
STEP 2: Simply untwist and straighthen the wire inside the cable.
STEP 3: Arrange the wires into the order.
STEP 4:Cut the 1/2 inch of the wires, and if not have a crimping tool it can be used also the scissors.
STEP 5: Insert the wires inside of rj-45 connector and make sures that the wires stayed in order.
STEP 6 : Push the pins down with flathead screwdriver if we do not have a crimping tool and to not shed the wires inside the connector.
STEP 7: Pull down the end of connector to make sure the pins are pressed in the wires.
STEP 8: The last one is crimp the RJ-45 connector.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT NETWORK DEVICES?

I'm gonna discuss what is the definition of network device. WHAT IS THE NETWORK DEVICE? The network device is provide connectivity and functionality. The other hand refers to equipment that connects to a network.
So that's the different type of network device and the other devices not included. 1.HUB - Networking device which is used to connect multiple devices in a network. They are generally used to connect computers in a LAN. Least expensive and intelligence.Simple device that directs data all devices connected to it.
2.SWITCH - A device that operates at the Data Link layer, using packet switching to receive and forward data to the destination device it is smarter than hub and direct sending.
3.ROUTER -That forwards data packets between computer networks. It can transmit through wired and wireless networks.
4.NETWORK BRIDGE -That creates a single aggregate network from multiple communication networks. A bridge in a computer network connects with other bridge networks that utilize a similar protocol.
5.NETWORK INTERFACE CARD - A controller is a computer hardware component that connects a computer to a computer network. It can be used a hardware component without which a computer cannot be connected over a network.
6.MODEM -a short of modulator-demodulator is a hardware device that converts data from a digital format, converts the diigtal signals generated by a computer that can travel over conventional phone lines.
7.TRANSCEIVER -is a device that is able to both transmit and receive information through a transmission medium. For placing signals into network media and travelling through same wire.
Router, hubs and router device that tend to used interchangeably and they are integrated into single device. hub or switch that is concerned with transmitting frames, a router is to route packets to other networks until that packet ultimately reaches its destination.

WHAT ARE THE TYPE OF TOPOLOGY?

I will discuss the meaning of network topology, the 5 types of topologies, and the disadvantages and advantages of the types of topologies But first I’ll discuss the definition of network topology.
WHAT IS NETWORK TOPOLOGY? A network topology is connected with each other through communication cables called network wires. The arrangement of the elements of a communication network. The layout or structure of network relation with flow of data.So this is the types of network topologies.
1.LINEAR BUS TOPOLOGY -Where each device connects one after the other in a sequential chain. Used a long cable referred to as a backbone which computers and others device are attached. ADVANTAGES:COST EFFECTIVE,LESS CABLES REQUIRED,EASY INSTALLATION -because it’s cheaper than other network. And it requires less length cable. The most commonly applied in topology. DISADVANTAGES: when the backbone is damaged it shutdowns all the computers connect to it.
2.STAR TOPOLOGY -Use a central device called “hub”. Which all nodes are individually connected to a central connection point. Efficient device called switch with cables extending in all directions. Advantages:Lack of disruptions the network When connecting or removing devices, easy to install and wire.No disruptions to the network When connecting or removing devices. Disadvantages:if the hub fails the network resources will not be able to use.
3.RING TOPOLOGY - Where device connections create a circular data path. forming one contiguous pathway in a ring formation. used to as the topology for the backbone to connect the customers. In that case the ring is used in both directions to have two distinctive paths to the public switch.  ADVANTAGES: all data flows in one direction,no need the network server to control the between workstation. DISADVANTAGES: If a node fail possible the entire link gets disrupted. The entire network will be impacted if one workstation shuts down.
4.MESH TOPOLOGY -conceived for military applications.each computer and network device is interconnected with one another.Used in wireless network such as mobile phone and broadband wireless networks. ADVANTAGES:no data traffic issues, secure, central device can handle all the data an user request DISADVANTAGES: The connection to central hub breaks down, then all he network connected to it lost between the node and network.
5,HYBRID TOPOLOGY -combination of 2 or more different topologies. If there is a Mesh topology in one office department while a Ring topology in another department, connecting these two with bus topology will result in Hybrid topology.  ADVANTAGES:combines the benefits of different types of topologies in one topology. It is used for create large network because the two topology combine together. DISADVANTAGES:fault detection, maintenance is high thus expensive,There is change hardware in order to connect topology with another topology.

HOW TO BE A RESPONSIBLE NETIZEN?

HOW TO BE A RESPONSIBLE NETIZEN?

Before i show you how to be a responsible netizen. We need to do first is to determine what exactly the netizen really is?

What is the meaning of netizen?

The netizen is combined the word internet and citizen. In short the meaning of netizen is “Citizen of the net"Also implies an interest and active engagement in improving the Internet, making it an intellectual and a social resource, or its surrounding political structures. There are also many responsibilities that we have as a netizen because the internet is super powerful tool that can be used anything.

                        How do we use internet?

In our time even young or old know how to use the internet. We have so many different ways to use internet like playing online games and there are other people who are addicted to online games almost never eat and sleep. We should take care of ourselves especially the health. Online business to earn money and to communicate the family and friends  from far places. And as a student like me, use it as to search, do assignment and projects and to communicate.

I will show you the 3 simple ways how to be a responsible netizen

3 SIMPLE WAYS TO BE A RESPONSIBLE NETIZEN

1.Be careful of what we posted in social media.

When we are posting social media we need to be careful because we can ruin it once we make a mistake in posting in social media or what we indicated is wrong. We also need to think carefully about what we posted. Before we posted ask our self first, does it cause harm to someone, will they be happy, and it is worth to share or to inspire other people.

Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and many more this are some of social networking sites can be use by people. Remember if the post can harm someone else or you, so you need to be careful as a netizen.

2.Avoid sharing fake news/do not believe in fake news.

Many people are believed the word ”FAKE NEWS”, it’s easy to share or spread fake news once it was trending this is what people believe, especially in our time when a post spreads or share it is quickly especially it is trending. So once we share a post, we need first to see if this post is coming up correctly and WE ALSO NEED TO OBSERVE a post whether it is true or fake we need be avoid sharing.

 3.Do not engage cyberbullying.

Cyberbullying is a form of bullying and harassments it is also know as a “online bullying”. It has become common especially teenagers, as the digital sphere has expanded and technology has advanced. Harmful bullying behavior can include posting rumors, threats , sexual remarks/harassments.

It is very easy to being cool in social media, but it will be bullying and steal someone identity is not good. Remember never criticize a person without knowing the real reason behind the issue/story.
